These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Early Stage Founders platform, owned and operated by Hooks Group LLC. By using our website, discord server, or any services provided, you agree to comply with these Terms.

To join Early Stage Founders, members must provide their first name, last name, and email address. There are no age restrictions for membership.

All members must adhere to the following behavior rules:
- No not safe for work (NSFW) content or language.
- No aggressive or mean-spirited language.
- No spam, solicitation of other members, or self-promotion.
- No harassment of any kind.
- No threatening language or content.
Any violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, at the discretion of Hooks Group LLC.

All content on the Early Stage Founders platform, including user-generated content, is the exclusive property of Hooks Group LLC. By posting content, members grant Hooks Group LLC the right to use, publish, and repurpose such content as deemed appropriate.
Hooks Group LLC reserves the right to moderate and remove content that violates community rules or does not align with our community’s values.

Membership to Early Stage Founders is priced at $149 every three months, automatically renewing unless the member cancels their subscription. Members will be billed via the payment method provided during registration.

Members can cancel their subscription at any time by navigating to the "Account" page on our website, selecting the "Billing" tab, and clicking "Cancel." Once canceled, no further charges will be made, but access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Hooks Group LLC owns all content, including user-generated content, on the Early Stage Founders platform. Members agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or exploit the platform’s content for any commercial purposes without prior written permission.
All trademarks and copyrights on this platform are the property of Hooks Group LLC unless otherwise noted.

Hooks Group LLC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our platform, even if Hooks Group LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, but is not limited to, any damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
1. Your use or inability to use the platform.
2. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
3. Actions or content posted by any third party using the platform.
Hooks Group LLC makes no warranty that the platform will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Hooks Group LLC provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are provided.

Hooks Group LLC collects and uses member information as detailed in our Privacy Policy (linked here). We use Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics and Amplitude to analyze user behavior, and Memberstack to store member information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we manage and protect your data.

Hooks Group LLC reserves the right to terminate user accounts if they violate any of the community rules or attempt to misuse the platform or content in a malicious manner. Upon termination, we will retain your membership information (name and email) to prevent future access to the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage users to reach out to Hooks Group LLC first. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to mediation. Should mediation fail, the dispute may proceed to the court system.

Hooks Group LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

What happens if users don't agree to the updated terms?

If a member does not agree to the updated Terms, they must discontinue using the platform. Members may cancel their subscription by following the cancellation process outlined above. Continued use of the platform after receiving notice of changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
